RUBEN CELIBERTI, renowned Italian-Argentinean singer, dancer, actor, brings to life the music of Buenos Aires in an eclectic and thrilling theatrical recital.

   The program includes tango of the start of the 20th century, associated with the “King of Tango” singer-songwriter Carlos Gardel, to selections by the outstanding contemporary composer Astor Piazzolla, who broke from the constraints of Argentina’s musical tradition to breath new life and energy into the tango.

   Celiberti uses his voice, his body, and his dance to highlight and embody a multicolored spectrum of emotions – eroticism, solitude, passion, and rebirth – sensations that only music like the tango can evoke.
